Damian conducts an interview with legendary zombie director George A. Romero...or vice versa.
In November of 2005 I went along with Emma to Memorabilia at the NEC. Mostly I went to buy lots of toys, but I also went to get George A. Romero to sign my Dawn of the Dead poster.
After waiting in a queue for 90 minutes or so, I got to meet the man. Obviously, since I was wearing the above t-shirt and George being an inquisitive fellow he asked me about it...
George: Chair Club? What's that?
Me: I'm not allowed to talk about it. It's the first rule.
And thus ended possibly the shortest interview ever.
I was going to give him a badge since he'd taken such an interest, but I forgot I had them with me until later. Oh well, his loss.
