On the 8th(ish) of February it snowed in Birmingham. It's on rare occasions like this that everything in the city looks pretty.
This is a picture of a chair trapped behind the railings on Vincent Drive where they're building the new hospital. It looked quite sad and lonely sat all on its own in the dark.
Here are views from either side of the little bridge on the path that links Reservoir Road and Quinton Road. Mistakenly (as I had the camera on the wrong setting) I ended up taking a short video too. I wish I'd actually taken a longer one as it's quite attractive and peaceful. Maybe I could loop it or something, no one would ever know the difference.
After taking these photos, I ended up waiting for an hour in the cold outside HMV. Why? Because I wanted to see these guys. Not entirely sure it was worth the wait as the security blokes ushured everyone past really quickly, but I did get a nice poster.
