It's like Andy. But little.
Remember the Guild Elections of 2006? Yes, I know we've all tried very hard to forget (some aspects more than others), and for those who need a reminder I suggest you look here. One of the best things to come out of that period was this Dr. Sabbath figure, modelled on Andrew Christofferson, the actor who played him for the fortnight of campaigning.
The figure has an uncanny likeness to the man himself and what's more Little Andy becomes the first Dr. Sabbath figure ever to have a proper removeable mask!
And what a scary vision greets you when you remove it. Wisely, the packaging of this toy has '18+' written on it in big letters - you wouldn't want your kids being scared to death after playing with this toy! Luckily, apart from the face, the toy version of Andy doesn't come with any of the other evil features Big Andy comes with. This toy won't get drunk and start insulting people randomly in the pub! Nope, no rugby players want to see this toy dead.
