As part of the Guild Election '05, the self-elected President For Life of Chair Club promised that he would get bridge references in 96.43% of lectures at the University of Birmingham. Here is a list of the successes so far. Do you know anyone who's featured a chair or bridge reference in their lecture? Write in and tell us. Dr. John WilkieDr. Wilkie features a bridge his CHM4M4 course on Computational Organic Chemistry. He is keen to point out that his bridge reference is totally unrelated to any campaign on the part of Chair Club, but I think we all know differently. Hannah's Law Lecturer from UCEYes, he may be from UCE, but he did feature a chair in his lecture so I think he deserves some respect. Christopher Nolan
Ok, so technically Christopher Nolan is not a lecturer, he's a film director, but I bet he appears in lots of media courses so I'm adding him here in honour of his bridge references in Batman Begins. |
